Reiki Training

Reiki Level I – Let’s Get This Energy Flowing
Reiki isn’t just some woo-woo trend—it’s an ancient healing practice that helps you chill out, reset, and tap into something bigger than yourself. In this full-day class, you’ll learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, get familiar with chakras and energy systems, and practice Reiki on yourself and others. Plus, you’ll receive your Level I attunement, a manual, and a certificate—because, yes, you’re officially leveling up.

In Level II, you’ll fine-tune your practice, work with symbols to enhance healing, and even dip your toes into Animal Reiki (because our furry friends love this work too). Expect hands-on activities, attunements, and a deeper understanding of how to work with energy on a whole new level.

Neurographic Art is a fun, meditative drawing practice that helps relieve stress, spark creativity, and connect your conscious and unconscious mind. No art skills needed—just show up, relax, and let the lines lead the way.
Neurographic Art is a beginner-friendly, therapeutic drawing process that helps you calm the mind, tap into your creativity, and connect your conscious and unconscious thoughts through freeform lines and shapes. There’s no pressure to be an artist—this is about the process, not the final product.
In this two-hour session, I’ll guide you through the basics of Neurographic drawing, then you’ll take it from there in your own unique style. It’s relaxing, fun, and completely judgment-free. No grades, no critique—just a safe space to let your inner world flow onto the page.
